Insocferial has carried out, directly or in collaboration with other companies, the design, organization and development of the following events:
1.- Fairs: First International Wine Show, held in February 2000 at the Campo de las Naciones Trade Fair and Congress Center in Madrid Second International Wine Show, held in February 2001 at the Campo de las Naciones Trade Fair and Congress Center of the Nations in Madrid Third International Wine Show, held in February 2002 at IFEMA in Madrid, coinciding with the great fair FITUR First International Label Show, held in April 2002 at the “Casa de Campo” fairgrounds in Madrid First International Wine Fair in San Francisco (USA), held in June 2003 in collaboration with a local organizer First Food Fair in Panama, July 2003 First Miami Wine Festival, held in September 2003 in collaboration with a local organizer Fourth International Wine Fair, held in October 2003 at IFEMA in Madrid First Mediterranean Gastronomic Fair, held at the Palacio de Ferias y Cong Malaga in June 2004 Second International Wine Fair of San Francisco (USA), held in June 2004 in collaboration with a local organizer Second Miami Wine Festival, held in September 2004 in collaboration with a local organizer Second Fair of the Food from Panama, July 2005 Fifth International Wine Show, held in October 2004 at IFEMA in Madrid Second Mediterranean Gastronomic Fair, held at the Trade Fair and Congress Center in Malaga in June 2005 Sixth International Wine Show -Iberwine, held in November 2005 at IFEMA in Madrid Third Gastronomic Fair of the Mediterranean –Marbella Food & Wine Festival at the Marbella Conference Center in October 2006 Presentation of Products (Tasting Tables) at the “Andalucía Sabor” Fair held in October 2007 in FIBES of Seville
2.- Competitions: Six editions of the International and Official Wine Awards “Salón Internacional del Vino”, with the support and sponsorship of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Community of Madrid Thirteen editions of the “International Wine and Spirits Competition – CINVE Five events around the kitchen called "Five Star Harmonies", held at IFEMA Madrid, with the presence of the most important chefs in Spain (Ferrán Adrià, Arzak. 3.- Congresses: National Chefs Contest, held at IFEMA (Madrid) First Congress of Ibero-American Gastronomy, held in June 2005 at the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Málaga, bringing together 36 chefs from Spain to Ibero-America (including the USA) and Nearly 100 representatives of international media, with the sponsorship of the Malaga City Council, the Malaga Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation and the Andalusian Government
4.- Events: Three Food Exhibitions of Quality Products from the Region of Murcia "Meetings of Quality Products from the Region of Murcia", held at the Wellington Hotels, Villamagnay Palace in Madrid Two Exhibitions of Wines and Vinegars from the DO Condado de Huelva, held in Madrid at the Hotel Palace
